    • Smart phone with enough memory to support real estate specific apps

    • Professional photo / headshot for website and marketing

    • Real estate licensing, education and renewals

    • Local board membership dues and other costs (if any)

    • Multiple Listing Service (MLS) dues and fines (if any)

    • E-Key dues: SUPRA or SentriLock

    • CNREN monthly fee

    • Closing gifts for clients

    • Mass postage mailings over 25 per month

    • Loss of earnest money for client from negligence (agent is responsible for refunding buyer the FULL amount)

    • All Postage Mailings under 25 per month (with Team Lead’s approval)

    • Pre-Listing Guide in a black CNREN folder

    • Buyers guide materials

    • Buyer Profile sheets

    If you would like to order traditional paper business cards,  you can email marketing@soldbycarin.com to request a template (headshot required). You will receive a digital proof and can place your order using a print shop of your choice (i.e., vistaprint.com, Staples, FedEx...).

  • The acronym “CBS” stands for Concrete, Block and Stucco. The CBS code is the code that an inspector would need to access to property upon the time of the home inspection.

  • Agent’s can access our lock boxes from 8 AM – 8 PM

  • You can expect to receive your check within 24 hours of receipt of the closing package from title so long as your file is complete and all paperwork has been submitted no later than closing.

    Please expect an additional 48 hour delay for all incomplete files.

    Notifications will be sent via Slack once the check is ready for pickup.

    You must collect your check from the admin team.

  • AZ - All transaction forms and documents can be found in Transaction Desk. We recommend you add or update your transaction templates for easy access to all minimum required forms and team / broker specific shared documents.

    CO - Standard transaction forms can be found in CTMe Contracts. Team and broker specific forms can be found in the portal.
